Boteli large caliber high pressure cryogenic valve localization project successfully passed the identification
On November 20, 2023, the NPS24 Class1500 top deep cooling ball valve and NPS 42 Class150 deep cooling butterfly valve, organized by China General Machinery Industry Association, were successfully held in Zhejiang Boteli Technology Co., LTD.
The meeting was chaired by Zhang Zongli, vice president of China General Machinery Industry Association. The appraisal committee is composed of Hefei General Machinery Research Institute, Kunlun Energy Shenzhen LNG Co., LTD., Sinopec Ningbo Engineering Company, Sinopec Tianjin LNG Project Department, China Global Engineering Co., LTD., State Pipeline Network Dalian LNG Co., LTD., Kunlun Energy Jiangsu LNG Co., LTD., Kunlun Energy Jingtang LNG Co., LTD., Lanzhou University of Technology Senior experts from engineering and technical units such as Pump Valve Research Center and Wenzhou Research Institute of Zhejiang University.
The experts visited the production and test site of Boteli Company, witnessed the cryogenic test of the prototype, understood the prototype development process and production quality assurance system in detail, listened to the summary report of the project development work, and strictly examined the identification data. After the expert questions, inquiries and exchanges and discussions, the appraisal committee forms an appraisal opinion. Experts affirmed the Boteli company's technology research and development, manufacturing process equipment and inspection and testing capabilities, Boteli company developed cryovalve, with independent intellectual property rights, the main performance indicators reached the international advanced level, the appraisal committee agreed to pass the appraisal, and recommended the promotion of use.
The successful development of large-caliber high-pressure cryovalve reflects Boteli's strength in new product development and mass production, providing safe, reliable and high-quality products for the localization of key valves in LNG receiving stations, and contributing to the realization of the "double carbon" goal.
