The company holds special training courses on management safety
In order to improve the scientific level of safety management of workshop managers, compact the safety production responsibility system, and ensure safe production, on the afternoon of May 28, the company held a special safety lecture for workshop managers, and the production system workshop managers participated in the training. At the meeting, the participants learned the relevant provisions of the new production safety Law, and pointed out that the provisions of the new production safety Law have been significantly modified, strengthening the people-oriented, highlighting the supremacy of life, the management of business must be in charge of safety, and the management of production and operation must be in charge of safety. General Manager Fang on the safety training of millions of employees of the enterprise task breakdown, requiring the workshop to arrange personnel to participate in learning, complete the prescribed task of evidence on time, the work into the assessment, the completion of the task deduction of its performance. The host reviewed the problems in the previous 6S inspection through the PPT handout, and discussed the ways and methods to solve them, explained how to do a good job of on-site safety management through the way of pictures and texts, and pointed out that the core of safety production is the problem of people, especially the problem of managers, focusing on safety leadership and executive ability. Managers at all levels need to let employees realize their importance to safety through practical actions, and to lead by example, through the usual inspection, weekly morning meetings, weekend cleaning and other activities to implement safety work. At the end of the meeting, the plan of the safe production Month in 2022 was also discussed.
