On May 22, the symposium on "Digital Transformation of Pump and Valve Products" co-sponsored by Wenzhou Service Station of China Instrumentation Society and Wenzhou Research Institute of Zhejiang University and co-organized by Wenzhou Fengyong Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was held in Wenzhou.
The conference focused on the development trend of the pump and valve industry, the value of digital empowerment, the integration and development of intelligent manufacturing and the pump and valve industry, aiming to gain insight into how the pump and valve industry can promote the integration of data and reality under the background of global digitalization, go deep to reality, and better support the transformation and upgrading of the pump and valve industry to digital, green and intelligent. Fully implement the requirements of Zhejiang's digital Zhejiang construction deployment and the development needs of regional intelligent manufacturing industry, and play an active role in serving Wenzhou's traditional pump and valve industry.

Representatives of Zhejiang Pump and Valve Association, Wenzhou Pump and Valve Association, Wenzhou Longwan Valve Industry Association, Yongjia Entrepreneurs Association and other associations, as well as Zhejiang Boteli Technology Co., LTD., Zhejiang Linuo Fluid Control Company, Founder Valve Group, Baoyi Group, Chaoda Valve Group, Lianggong Valve Group and other entrepreneurs attended the seminar to share wisdom, gather consensus and seek common development. At the meeting, Professor Jin Zhijiang, executive vice president of the Institute, gave a special lecture on the digital design technology of pump and valve products. He said that the digital design of pump and valve products should be combined with big data, cloud computing platform and analysis software to carry out in-depth research on vertical valve mechanism and horizontal valve digital enabling, forming a digital innovation design platform of "digital technology + scientific problems, key technologies, and product development", and improve the efficiency and accuracy of traditional pump and valve product design. To achieve design rationalization, high-end products, key areas of localization of the "three" upgrade. Zheng Yuhai, an expert in intelligent manufacturing and a teacher of Zhejiang Electromechanical Design and Research Institute Co., LTD., shared the practical application results of intelligent manufacturing in the field of pumps and valves, which will effectively improve enterprise production efficiency and reduce enterprise production costs.
