  • Bottom valve

The marine dual control check tank bottom valve is designed and installed at the bottom of various ballast tanks or mud tanks inside the main body of the marine self elevating platform. It is a key valve application for marine self elevating platforms, and its main function is to achieve safe discharge and prevent seawater backflow during platform towing, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the marine platform.

Structural features:
1. The valve is completely isolated from external seawater, drilling mud, and water vapor, with no erosion faults;
2. Featuring a non interlocking linkage dual control sealing structure, the sealing is safe and reliable;
3. It has full emission function. When the valve is closed, there is no accumulated water or mud in the valve chamber to avoid malfunctions caused by the adsorption of marine shellfish;
4. Equipped with automatic check and anti backflow function to prevent seawater from flowing back into the cabin;
5. Adopting new sealing materials, with a long service life.
