Recently, Chen Zongyao, Standing Committee Member of the Provincial CPPCC and Director of its Economic Affairs Committee, led a research delegation to Zhejiang Bethel Technology Co., Ltd. for an on-site investigation. The delegation gained an in-depth understanding of the company's technological innovation, digital transformation, and the R&D and application of high-end valve products.

The research delegation first visited Bethel's Digital Intelligence Exhibition Hall and Digital Management Cockpit. General Manager Huang Congce demonstrated real-time operational dynamics through the "Cockpit" data platform, highlighting the application outcomes of the digital management system in cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and quality control.
Through the dynamic data visualization system, Director Chen Zongyao gained clear insights into the company's end-to-end digital management—from order to finished product—enabled by ERP, MES, and other information systems. He expressed strong approval of Bethel's practice of empowering traditional manufacturing through digital intelligence, stating that it "provides replicable benchmark experience for industry transformation and upgrading."

General Manager Huang Congce reported on the recent development of Boteli. He stated that the company focuses on the high-end equipment manufacturing field and continues to increase its investment in research and development. Innovative products such as liquid helium valves and marine dual-control valves have broken through a number of "bottleneck" technologies and are widely applied in industries such as new energy, aerospace, and shipping. Director Chen Zongyao highly praised Boteli's strategy of adhering to scientific and technological innovation and deeply cultivating the segmented market. He emphasized that the Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) will continue to pay attention to and support the high-quality development of the enterprise.
