The trade union of Zhejiang Bethel Technology Co., Ltd. held a themed event titled "Valve Rhyme, Work Experience, Pursuing Dreams for the Future" - using competition to promote learning and strengthen skills, and gathering strength to seek development

On May 18th, the labor union of Zhejiang Bethel Technology Co., Ltd. held a series of themed activities with the theme of "Valve Rhythm, Work Experience, Pursuing Dreams for the Future", focusing on skill improvement, cultural construction, and corporate strategic goals. The event covers five major events: the "Rhythm of Valves" tug of war competition, the jumping of concentric ropes, the "Valve" pioneer relay race, the "Snail" fun challenge in the Valve Sea, and the mechanic skills competition. Despite sudden heavy rain on the day, the event venue was temporarily adjusted indoors, but the enthusiasm of the employees was high and the atmosphere on site was lively, demonstrating the spirit of unity, cooperation, and craftsmanship.

Deep integration of skills and culture
1. "The Charm of Valves" tug of war competition: Inheriting skills and uniting teams
The activity is based on the traditional sports event "tug of war", combined with valve manufacturing elements, named "Valve Charm", symbolizing the core concept of "strength and cooperation". The participating teams are formed by cross departmental joint teams, using the tactic of "back-to-back pulling" to compete through techniques such as dynamically adjusting their positions and unifying their pace. Union chairman Li Xiangying said, "Tug of war is not only a physical competition, but also a reflection of team cohesion. This spirit is highly compatible with the requirement of 'precise collaboration' in valve manufacturing." In the end, the valve cover team (team leader Teng Binghong) won first place, and the valve body team (team leader Lu Guangfan) won second place, demonstrating the power of efficient collaboration as a team.

2. Jumping concentric rope competition
The jumping rope competition requires teams to complete the maximum number of times using the figure eight jump rope method within a specified time, testing the tacit cooperation between the rope thrower and the rope jumper. After fierce competition, the Jumping Flying Team (led by Tang Baichuan) won the championship with their smooth cooperation and high-frequency rhythm, while the Happy Rope Craftsmen Team (led by Zhang Heyun) won the runner up with steady performance.

3. Valve Pioneer Relay Race: Set up precise handling of valves throughout the entire process. Workshop managers Li Longshan and Zhu Weimin supervised the on-site battle from a professional perspective, requiring each team to strictly abide by safety regulations while improving efficiency. After intense competition, the "Valiant" Stormtrooper Team (led by Chen Liwen) won first place with an absolute advantage, while the "Valiant" Collaborative Team (led by Wang Jijie) performed steadily and closely followed to win second place.

4. Collecting Snails in the Sea of Valves: Combining Education with Entertainment to Build a Strong Safety Defense Line
The Valve Sea Snail (Individual) Competition requires contestants to use their sharp eyes to distinguish the critical material differences and complete precise classification in a limited time challenge. On the field, the contestants held their breath and raced against time. In the end, Cheng Qiaomei won the championship with an absolute advantage, while Xie Peng won the silver medal with his steady performance. Yu Qiuhua, President of Bethel Women's Federation, introduced: "Through gamified design, safety standards are integrated into fun challenges, allowing employees to strengthen their sense of responsibility in a relaxed atmosphere.

5. Automotive Skills Competition: Using Competition to Promote Learning and Forge Skilled Technicians
On site practical assessment of precision machining in the car skills competition, 10 contestants engage in a peak showdown on CNC machine tools. After a double assessment of 0.01 millimeter level error detection and process stability, Zhang Xinmo won first place, Yang Junming won second place, and Chen Jizao won third place.

At the closing ceremony, union chairman Li Xiangying and Bethel Women's Federation chairman Yu Qiuhua presented awards to the winning teams and individuals respectively, and the applause was thunderous on site.
The theme activity of "Valve Rhyme and Work, Pursuing Dreams for the Future" is driven by "skill building and cultural empowerment", which not only showcases the high morale of employees at Zhejiang Bethel Technology Co., Ltd., but also highlights the role of trade unions as a link in serving the development of enterprises. In the future, the company will continue to aim for resonance between employee growth and corporate strategy, injecting strong momentum into high-quality development.
