On September 5th, a delegation of journalists from central media outlets stationed in Zhejiang Province and key provincial and municipal media outlets visited Zhejiang Bethel Technology Co., Ltd. General Manager Huang Congce accompanied the delegation throughout the visit and introduced Bethel's innovative R&D and flexible manufacturing capabilities in high-end industrial valves, as a National High-Tech Enterprise and a National Key "Little Giant" Enterprise. The company is headquartered in Yongjia, Wenzhou, with sales and R&D centers in Shanghai and Suzhou. Leveraging the synergy advantages of the Yangtze River Delta region, its major customers and core suppliers are widely distributed in core areas such as Shanghai and Jiangsu, forming a deeply integrated industrial chain ecosystem.
At Bethel's Sanjiang production base, the journalists first visited the company's digital exhibition hall. Inside, a large, real-time data screen displayed a visual display of global order distribution, the operation of the intelligent scheduling system, and remote equipment monitoring status. Huang Congce explained that, relying on digital systems such as ERP and MES, Bethel has achieved "one-screen control" of the entire process from order to finished product. "Digitalization is not just a tool; it's the core engine for rebuilding competitiveness," he emphasized. As Zhejiang Province's first digital valve factory, the company, with over 80 million yuan invested in technological upgrades, has built an intelligent workshop that features connected equipment, visual management, and intelligent process scheduling, significantly improving production efficiency and product performance. In recent years, Bethel has focused on the research and development of high-end products such as ultra-low temperature valves, hydrogen-tolerant valves, and high-performance bidirectional sealing butterfly valves.
During the interview, Huang Congce highlighted the transformation brought to the company by the first anniversary of the opening of the Hangzhou-Wenzhou High-Speed Railway. He admitted that thanks to the company's convenient location, just a ten-minute drive from Wenzhou North Station, the opening of the Hangzhou-Wenzhou High-Speed Railway has brought significant time and space benefits to the company. Over the past year, the high-speed rail has significantly reduced the time cost of cross-regional business travel and effectively improved communication and collaboration between the company and customers, suppliers, and university researchers in the Yangtze River Delta region. This not only enhances the collaborative stickiness between upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, but also injects new vitality and development confidence into the company in terms of technology exchange, talent introduction, and supply chain optimization.
