Summer brings coolness to frontline production employees

On the afternoon of July 19th, as boxes of red cans were pulled into the workshop by Wang Laoji, they were quickly and orderly distributed to frontline employees. Originally, this was the company's high-temperature condolences to the production employees who persevered under high temperatures.
 
Carrying out the "Summer Coolness" condolence activity is one of the measures taken by the company to show concern for employees. This summer is particularly hot, and Yongjia once ranked first among the hottest regions in the country, attracting social attention. Compared to office workers, frontline employees in the workshop require more attention and practical measures. The company attaches great importance to the production and life of frontline employees and takes a series of measures to implement heatstroke prevention and labor safety measures, reflecting the care and concern for employees in practical actions.
 
Since the beginning of the summer, considering the long-term exposure of the workshop roof to sunlight, the company has hired people to carry out construction and renovation. Spray facilities have been installed on the roof facades of the workshop and warehouse, and the indoor temperature has been alleviated by spraying tap water. In addition, industrial ceiling fans have been installed in various workshops in Sanjiang and Oubei factory areas where conditions permit, providing workers with a slight coolness during operation. In the hot summer, temporary tea supply points are set up in each workshop, and dedicated personnel are arranged to cook and deliver herbal tea for each workshop to ensure supply, for a period of two months without interruption except for rainy days. The Human Resources Administration Center also took early precautions and purchased a large number of heatstroke prevention drugs to fully ensure that each workshop was prepared for emergency needs.
